Ajax Resources Completes 74.79% Acquisition of Chile’s Paguanta Project

On 5 November, Ajax Resources confirmed completion of its acquisition of a 74.79% interest in the Paguanta silver-zinc-lead project in northern Chile. The project has approximately US$32 million in historical investment; the acquisition consideration included US$50,000 cash, shares valued at approximately US$350,000 and two potential US$500,000 deferred cash milestones subject to resource announcements.
